Return & Exchanges

Return & Exchange Policy

Tried it on and don’t love it? We completely understand.

Our goal is your complete satisfaction! If we have not delighted you, all unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise may be exchanged or returned within 60 days of ship date. We are happy to process an exchange at no additional shipping expense for a new size, color, or different item. If you prefer to return, you will receive a refund of the merchandise total (less prepaid return label charges). A refund or exchange will not be processed for products that do not meet exchange or refund criteria or are received after 60 days from the ship date - all sales are final after the 60 day period. Exchanges exclude items shipped directly from third-party brands, heavy items, items purchased through Amazon, Walmart, or via PayPal.

How to Return an Item

Need to return? No problem. Here’s what you do.

RETURN BY MAIL USING ONE OF TWO OPTIONS:

1. Use The Return Label On Your Invoice

Find the return label on the invoice inside your original shipment. Get your return label ready by identifying the return reason codes on the back of your invoice and marking the codes on the front. For lost or damaged invoices and/or shipping labels, returns can be initiated online (see #2 below).

2. Or Start Your Return Online

If you have a Woman Within account, sign in and select Order History. Locate the order you wish to return and select "Return Item." On the “Order History" page, select the item(s) you would like to return along with a reason for the return. Select "Return Selected Items” and follow the instructions for mailing your return.

Prepare your package.

  1. Pack your item securely — the original packaging is best, if possible. Be sure to include your completed invoice.
  2. Affix the prepaid shipping label (found on your invoice) to the package. Make sure no other tracking labels are visible.

Ship package with USPS using one of the three options below.

  1. Place in a mailbox.
  2. Drop off at any post-office
  3. Schedule a free pick-up at usps.com/pickup.

Have a heavy item?

ll heavy items must be returned individually using FedEx Ground. Ship package with FedEx Ground using one of the two options:

  1. Schedule a pickup by calling (800) 463-3339
  2. Drop off your package at a local FedEx Office location (To find a nearby location, visit http://www.fedex.com/locate/index.html?cc=us#start)

It’s that easy! Once we process your return, we’ll send an email confirmation.

Please note: It takes about 2 weeks to receive and process your return and an additional 7 business days to process your refund. All sales are final 60 day after ship date.

*Starting on January 6, 2020, returning items shipped on or after this date will incur an $8.99 return label fee which will be deducted from your refund. For items that were shipped between November 6, 2019 - January 5, 2020, we'll honor the prior $7.50 return label fee. Customers using a free return coupon will not be charged the return label fee. Additionally, if there was a failure in service, the return label fee will be waived.

How to exchange

Order the wrong size or color? It happens. Here’s what you do.

START YOUR EXCHANGE USING ONE OF TWO OPTIONS:

1. Use The Exchange Form On Your Invoice

Exchanging online is easy if you have a Woman Within account. Simply sign in and select Order History. Need your replacement item faster? Call us to place your new order.

We’ll gladly place a new order for you while your return is on its way! Applicable to orders paid with a credit or debit card only. Call us at 1-800-944-1258. You will be charged for your replacement item(s). A refund will be issued to the credit card used on the original order once your return has been processed.

My Refund

Your refund is on its way.

Refunds usually take about 3 weeks. A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment (minus applicable return label fees). It may take up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your monthly statement. If you made your purchase with a check, money order or gift card, a refund check will be mailed to your billing address. Please allow additional time. Please note: If you completed an order as a partial payment with a gift card and/or rewards certificate and an alternative payment method, the refund will be credited to the credit card used to place the order.

A refund or exchange will not be processed for products that do not meet exchange or refund criteria or are received after 60 days from the original ship date. All sales are final after 60 days. To check on the status of your return, go to Order Status.

My Return Status

Checking on a return is easy.

Simply select Order Status. Once your return is received, it will be listed as "Returned" along with the date we received and processed it.

Do we have your email address?

If you're a registered user or if you have provided us with your email address, you’ll receive two confirmation emails. First confirmation will be sent when we receive your return and a second one when your return has been processed. It takes about 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return, please allow 7 additional business days for the return credit to post to your account.

Can I track my return?

Yes! If you used our Return Label to return your merchandise, just visit USPS.com with your tracking number to see if we’ve received your item. For tracking heavy item returns, visit FedEx.com. Then, check your Order Status. Once we’ve received and processed your return, the status will change to “Returned”. Processing typically takes up to two weeks from the time you mail the return.

My Exchange Status

Checking on an exchange is easy.

Our exchanges are processed just like a new order, and listed as Exchange in your order status. Exchanges typically take three weeks to process from the time you send back your item. To check the status of an exchange, click here.

PayPal & Third-Party Returns

Exchanges cannot be processed for PayPal, Amazon, Walmart, or other third-party orders. Please return the item(s) and allow 3-4 weeks for your return to be processed and the refund to post to your account — less return label charges and postage fees (see My Refund section above for more information). For orders placed on 3rd party vendor sites, items should be returned through original purchase site; Third-party vendor’s return policies may vary. All sales are final 60 day after ship date.

Gift Cards

What Happens If I'm Returning Merchandise Purchased with a Gift Card?

If you used a Gift Card to pay for the entire purchase, you will receive a refund check for the merchandise total issued to your billing address. If you completed an order as a partial payment with a gift card and/or rewards certificate and an alternative payment method, the refund will be credited to the alternative payment method used to place the order (see My Refund section above for more information).
